We understand that fees are a sensitive subject. However, we also believe invoice fee transparency is essential for customers and best business practices. Below is a full breakdown of all fees you may be subject to on your account.
Cloud Service Package Fee
The AVOXI Cloud Service combines our feature-packed platform capabilities into a value-adding service package for our voice customers. AVOXI offers two cloud service packages: integration, security, management, analytics, and support features, which are right-sized for enterprises and smaller businesses.
Standard Cloud Service Package
The Standard Cloud Package is automatically added to all new customer accounts. This is billed in arrears and charged at $14.99 or 3% of the total monthly spend, which is ever higher.
Premium Cloud Service Plan
The Premium Cloud Service Plan is charged at $99.99 or 5% of total monthly spending, whichever is higher and is billed in arrears.

Late Fee
Per our Terms & Conditions, this fee will be applied to late-paid accounts. It shall accrue interest at 1.5% of the unpaid balance of the service charges per month or the maximum lawful rate under applicable law, whichever is less. Learn more about our Late Fee.
INTFEE
This is an administrative cost recovery fee for worldwide tax and regulatory compliance. The 21.6% INTFEE charge applies to monthly subscriptions and call traffic (this excludes the Standard and Premium Cloud charges. Learn more about our INTFEE.
Reactivation Fee
Customer accounts terminated due to non-payment and wish to be reinstated must pay their remaining balance and a USD 50 reactivation fee. Learn more about our Reactivation Fee.
Onboarding Fee - Contact Licenses
This fee is a professional service one-time payment of $149.99 for new customers, adding up to 6 contact center licenses, and $24.99 per license for existing customers, adding additional licenses. Learn more about our Onboarding Fee.
Payment-Related Fees
As indicated on our "invoice, " any fees incurred by AVOXI regarding your payment will be billed to you on your next invoice at or below "low cost.”
These fees include but are not limited to:
- Credit Card Payments – a 3% fee will be billed to the customer for all credit card payments.
- PayPal Payments – the fee charged to AVOXI by PayPal will be billed to the customer.
- Wire Fe: The customer will be billed for fees deducted by an intermediary or other bank from the wire payment.
