AVOXI Deployment - November 19, 2024  

As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart. Additionally, we are regularly releasing updates and improvements to the Genius platform UI and behind the scenes to keep our software running smoothly.

  • New Products in the Shopping Cart
    • Liberia - Mobile - Voice Only
    • Liberia - Liberia Mobile - TrueLocal
    • Bahrain - Manama - DID & TrueLocal
    • Kuwait (Domestic Paperwork) - National & TrueLocal
  • Updates to existing products
    • China DID & TrueLocal - New updates to come soon
    • Taiwan TrueLocal - Due to an increase in fraud activity within country, our main supplier was forced to remove this service. We have sourced a new local supplier - however there is additional paperwork and a minimum requirement to purchase 10x numbers.
  • Agent Reporting
    • Our new Agent Report is now available to everyone
      • New Productivity metrics such as login/logout, time in status, etc...
      • Additional Agent performance metrics such as more detail around types of calls answered and hold details
      • Improvements to the Agent Details report to add more information and provide usability improvements
      • Agents can now be given the "My Agent Details" permission so they can see their own Agent Details report

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in our Agent Report CSV not properly sorting
  • Fixed an issue with the Team Members screen not sorting correctly
  • Mobile App Agent Status improvement - Agents on the mobile app who go offline while paused will be paused when they reconnect rather than available
