Phone numbers are essential to your AVOXI account and allow you to make and receive calls. You can add an individual or multiple additional numbers directly through your AVOXI account anytime. Our latest enhancements enable buyers to purchase up to 1000 numbers /country/number type with no overall limit.
Use the below guide to get started:
- First, log into your AVOXI account using your username and password.
- Next, select the “Numbers” section located on the left-side navigation.
- On the numbers dashboard, click on the “+Add” button.

Selecting your Number:
- Using the drop-down, select the required Country
- Next, using the drop-down, select the number Phone Number Type you wish to purchase; use our informative numbers guide to learn more about how each number type works and which is best suited to your business needs.

Individual Number:
- To select a particular number or individual number, click the “Individual Number” block and select the number of your choice

Multiple Number - Bulk Number Purchase:
- To purchase multiple numbers or bulk numbers, select the “Mulitple Numbers” block
- Once you are sure you have chosen the correct number type and Country, enter the number of numbers required

Forward Calls To:
- Using the “Forward Calls To” drop-down, select how you wish to route your number.
- This is a crucial step, as the forwarding destination will impact the number of minutes in your chosen calling plan.
- Please choose your desired plan from our virtual number package offering.
- If you want to add SMS Forwarding to your number, select your designed plan.
- All phone numbers include a call recording 30-day free trial; check the box to activate.
- Review your order.
- Use the “Information” icon to view important information about your purchase number.
- If you have selected the incorrect number / or need to change your order, click the “Delete” icon to empty your cart.
- As you are already a customer, you are not required to complete your information and will automatically log in.
- Please tick the box to accept our standard terms and conditions
- When you are ready, select the “Place Order” button to complete your purchase
Your new number will appear in your AVOXI account under the “Numbers” section.
