Phone numbers are essential to your AVOXI account and allow you to make and receive calls. You can add new/additional numbers directly through your AVOXI account at any time.
Use the below guide to get started:
- First, log into your AVOXI account using your username and password.
- Next, select the “Numbers” section located on the left-side navigation.
- On the numbers dashboard, click on the “+Add” button.
- Next, select the “Originating” country from the drop-down menu on your online shopping cart.
- Next, choose the required “Phone Number Type” using the drop-down menu.
- Next, select a number from the list of available numbers.
- Using the “Forward Calls To” drop-down, select how you wish to route your number. This is a crucial step as the forwarding destination will impact the number of minutes in your chosen calling plan.
- Please choose your desired plan from our virtual number package offering.
- If you would like to add SMS Forwarding to your number, do so by selecting your designed plan.
- All phone numbers include a call recording 30-day free trial; check the box to activate.
- Review your order.
- Use the “Information” icon to view important information about the number you purchase.
- If you have selected the incorrect number / or need to change your order, click the “Delete” icon to empty your cart.
- As you are already a customer, you are not required to complete your information and will automatically log in.
- Please tick the box to accept our standard terms and conditions
- When you are ready, select the “Place Order” button to complete your purchase
Your new number will appear in your AVOXI account under the “Numbers” section.
