Turkey's regulator requires answers to specific questions about your organization, the product or service you'll offer, and how you'll identify end clients.

What You Need to Provide

• The completed Turkey LOI Template.docx, on your company letterhead, answering:
• End user entity information: the name of your organization/entity requesting the service; whether the user is a local Turkish organization; whether you are a call center (and if so, the name of the end user you're serving)
• Product or service in Turkey: what product or service you intend to offer over your calls, with details; confirmation of the authenticity of that product or service
• Types of services required: the specific service types (e.g., Telemarketing, Customer Service)
• Language and client identification: confirmation that you'll properly identify the end client in all interactions

How to Submit It

• Download the Turkey LOI Template.docx and answer all the required questions on your company letterhead.
