Documentation Requirement - Letter of Intent(Turkey)

The Purpose of an LOI (Letter of Intent) is to describe the reason for acquiring the number and its use. 

 

Using your Company Letterhead, please fill out a letter with the following content:

End user entity Information:  

a. Name of your organization/entity requesting the service: 

b. Is the user a local Turkish organization?
c. Are you a Call Center? If yes, please specify.  
d. If you are a Call Center, please provide the name of the end user you are serving: 

Product or Service in Turkey:  
a. What product or service do you intend to offer in Turkey over your calls? Please provide details.  
b. Can you confirm the authenticity of the product or service you plan to offer in Turkey?  

Types of Services Required:  
a. Please specify the types of services you require (e.g., Telemarketing, Customer Service, etc.): customer service/support 
b. Are there any specific requirements or details about these services you’d like to share? 

Language and Client Identification:  

a. Can you confirm that you will ensure proper identification of the end client in all interactions, as is standard for all legitimate clients?

AVOXI Core Platform

If you are an AVOXI Core customer you can track your order status with your Onboarding Specialist who will also provide regular email updates. Lead times on orders are based on inventory at the time of order.  Most numbers are usually ready the next day unless there is a long order time with the carrier.
