To port your Malta national number to AVOXI, you need a signed Letter of Authority because your current carrier will not release the number without it.

Why This Is Required

The porting process can be delayed if the form isn't completed by an authorized contact on the losing carrier account.

What You Need to Provide

• The completed Malta Letter of Authority form
• A signature from a legal representative who is an authorized contact on your current (losing) carrier account

How to Submit It

1. Download and complete either the AVOXI Letter of Authority or the Malta Vanilla LOA form. Have a legal representative sign it.
2. Upload it in your AVOXI online account. See our informative guide for help.
3. Our number team will review it. Your account status updates automatically once we finish.
