As part of your Letter of Intent (LOI), AVOXI needs the website where the number will be used.

Why This Is Required

This confirms the number is genuinely tied to your business — the website should clearly show your company or brand name.

What You Need to Provide

• The completed LOI Template.docx, on your company letterhead, including:
  • Company name
  • Authorized Contact details
  • The service description for the number
  • Title and name of authorized signatory, e.g., CEO, CFO
  • Signature of authorized signatory
  • Company stamp, if available
• URL of the website & content declaration(See below for clarification)
  • If neither site clearly shows your company/brand name, a signed declaration confirming the website belongs to your company
  • URL content-provider & URL content - Here we request you to share the website of the company that uses the number (the main website showing the brand/company name). We also ask you to share the website where the number is being shown if this is not on the main website.
  • Declaration of content website - This is a declaration of the number that the website is indeed their website (of their company). This is ONLY needed in case the website they share under "URL content-provider & URL content" is not clearly showing the company/brand of the customer.

1. Download the LOI Template.docx and complete it per the requirements above.
2. Upload it in your AVOXI online account. See our informative guide for help.
