Documentation Required - Letter of Intent (Nigeria)

To activate phone numbers in Nigeria and other compliant regions, an official Letter of Intent (LOI) must be submitted to satisfy local regulatory and carrier Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements.

Why This Is Required

Local regulators and carriers require an official, documented statement explaining why your company is acquiring an AVOXI number and detailing its intended business use prior to number activation.

What You Need to Provide

  • Download and complete he AVOXI-provided Letter of Intent Template
  • Prepare the document directly on your official company letterhead, including the following required details:
    • Company Name
    • Authorized Contact Details
    • Website URL
    • Detailed Use Case Description: A clear explanation of how the number will be used.
    • Authorized Signatory Information: Title and name of the authorized signatory (e.g., CEO, CFO).
    • Signature & Stamp: Signature of the authorized signatory and official company seal/stamp (if available).
  • The LOI must be dated within the past 60 days (amend the date to current).
  • Only fill in or replace empty fields — do not alter any other non-highlighted wording.

NOTE Unassigned Numbers: If you do not yet have your assigned AVOXI number, you may remove that reference from the template.
