Document Required - Number of Employees (Taiwan)

To order a Taiwan number, AVOXI needs your company's official, current number of employees.

Why This Is Required

Taiwan's in-country authority requires this figure to match what your company has on file with the Taiwan Bureau of Labor Insurance.

What You Need to Provide

To verify company size and determine eligible phone number quantities, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:

  • Document Required: Official Labor Insurance Certificate / Insured Unit Headcount Data Sheet (勞工保險局投保單位人數資料表

  • Recency Requirement: The certificate must be dated within the past 1 month.

  • Application Source & System: Must be applied for directly by the customer through the official Bureau of Labor Insurance E-Service System

  • Verification Constraint: Simply stating or providing the number of employees is not sufficient; official documentary proof from the e-service system is strictly required by regulators.

  • DID Activation Limit: The total number of requested DID numbers must not exceed the number of insured employees listed in the official labor insurance certificate.

  • Guidance Reference: Please refer to the sample document for guidance (Sample of Proof of Employee number).
