  • The information must match your Company Registration.
• Your Korean Corporate Seal (stamped) on the form
• Legal Authorization: The form must be signed by the legal representative whose government ID/passport was provided and stamped with your Korean Corporate Seal. Missing seals or signature mismatches will result in immediate rejection.
