Contact Center Fixes
- Voicemail Fix: Issue where additional voicemail greetings may be displayed for users with a previously deleted voicemail box.
- Agent Status Log Fix: Fixed an issue where Unknown status events were showing up in the Agent Status Logs. Also fixed prior instances of these status events.
Pricing Updates
- Rate Change: New Termination Rates went into effect on February 1st.
