    • All customers can now monitor their Calls and Agents in real-time, with expanded options for managing teams, filtering by agents and Calls, and improved visibility into Agent statuses.
    • We've added a new way to change the view of Teams, and more metrics that can be monitored than ever before.
    • Simple links to some of the most used reports, such as the Agents and Team reports, are built-in, making Live Call Monitoring an easy one-stop shop for what's going on in our customers' Contact Centers

Product Enhancements & Fixes

  • Genius UI
    • ✨ - Standardization improvements to icons throughout the Genius UI to improve readability
  • Proactive Service
    • 🪲 - Bug Fix: Fixed a rare issue which could cause a Proactive Service alert to be stuck Open after the support ticket had been closed
  • Number Testing
    • 🪲 - Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where specific multi-country numbers would only be tested as a single country, regardless of the country selected
  • Contact Center Bug Fixes 
    • 🪲 - Bug Fix Live Call Monitoring - Issue when the Status Totals do not align with Agent statuses
    • 🪲 - Bug Fix Live Call Monitoring - When updating an Agent's status in Live Call Monitoring, there was the possibility that the targeted Agent could switch to another Agent
