AVOXI Release Notes - August 12, 2025

As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart. Additionally, we regularly release fixes, updates, and improvements to the Genius platform UI and behind-the-scenes to keep our software running smoothly. 

 

New Virtual Number Products

  • Macau Mobile & TrueLocal

Contact Center

  • Updated Zendesk integration to ensure the integration will continue running after Zendesk changes their authorization policy at the end of September

Fixes

  • Contact Center - Improved handling of Agent Status events that happen very close to each other to reduce future occurrences where the wrong status is shown on the Agent timeline (Example: very long running Ringing events)
  • Proactive Service - Corrected a timing issue which could cause Proactive Service to incorrectly identify a possible issue
