AVOXI Release Notes - July 22, 2025

As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart. Additionally, we regularly release fixes, updates, and improvements to the Genius platform UI and behind-the-scenes to keep our software running smoothly.

Intelligent CLI (Shared Trunk)

Intelligent Caller ID now allows users to manage multiple pools of caller IDs from a single trunk, making it easier to support multiple distinct use cases with a single trunk configuration. This enhancement is now available to all Premium and Premium AI customers. Learn more here.

 

Proactive Services

Number Testing

Number Testing Activity CSV Export is no longer limited to a single page of results. It now supports exporting all number tests matching the filter criteria.

 

Fixes

  • Live Call Monitoring:  Issue where the Agents section might not show some Agents who are on the team
  • Agent Missed Calls:  Issue where Agents would sometimes show additional missed calls if the Agent had recently disconnected from Genius or had a poor network connection when they were the only Agent available on the team
  • IVR Report: The IVR Report should load significantly faster, even over much longer periods.
