As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart. Additionally, we are regularly releasing updates and improvements to the Genius platform UI and behind the scenes to keep our software running smoothly.

  • Alerts Center - Alert Count update 
    • UI update on the Alert Logs page to distinguish between the number of Alerts in the user's selected date range and the total Active Alerts

:bug: Bug Fixes

  • Fixed duplicate DTMF issue in extension dialing
  • Fixed issue in which Genius was not recognizing DTMF dialing for some numbers
  • Fixed issue in which some customers experienced one-way audio
  • Fixed issue with calls in Mobile app not properly recognizing DTMF
