There are times when we require our customers to pull a call sample to aid in troubleshooting. To do so please use the below step by step guide
- Locate the call that experienced issues in the My Activity or Company Activity tab.
- Click on the DATE/TIME stamp of the call.
- A pop-up window will be shown that displays the Call-ID, date, time, who the call was from, who the call was made to, the duration of the call, and the recording of the phone call.
- Click the clipboard icon located next to General Information to copy the information.
