Why am I experiencing choppy or lagged calls on Genius?

If you’re experiencing choppy or lagged calls with your Genius webphone, you may not have the required bandwidth available on your Internet service. 

The standard answer is 80kbps.

The bandwidth per call itself is adaptive; between 10-24Kbps. Something to keep in mind, it will require more for Supervisors and Admins as they will also be pulling data from the platform in addition to calls.
