Documentation Required - In City Address - Germany

In some locations, the In-country Authority requires the number to be registered with the same city address as the number ordered from AVOXI


For Germany local numbers, we are also required to provide the attached document signed by the end-user of this order.

If you do not have an in-city address we will not be able to supply you with the phone number ordered. If you placed the order with an in-city address we will use this address otherwise please upload your in-city address directly via your AVOXI Genius platform.  Once these are received and reviewed by our number team, the in-application status will automatically update, learn more here!

AVOXI Core Platform

If you are an AVOXI Core customer you can track your order status with your Onboarding Specialist who will also provide regular email updates. Lead times on orders are based on inventory at the time of order.  Most numbers are usually ready the next day unless there is a long order time with the carrier. Contact your Account Manager about an AVOXI Platform Demo and Migration.
