Documentation Required - Letter of Intent - Iraq

A Letter of Intent (LOI), also known as a Letter of Authority, explains why your company is acquiring the number and how it will be used.

Why This Is Required

Iraq's regulator requires this letter before your number can be activated.

What You Need to Provide

  • A Letter of Intent on your company letterhead, explaining why you are acquiring the number and how it will be used:

  • Details Required in your Letter of Intent (as per the below example) - KYC Letter.docx

    • Company name
    • Authorized Contact details
    • The service description for the number
    • Title and name of authorized signatory, e.g., CEO, CFO
    • Signature of authorized signatory
    • Company stamp
  • Additional Information
    • Fill in the blue highlighted fields—completely replace each field with your own information. If a field is not highlighted, don’t change it.
    • If you don't have your AVOXI Number yet you can remove that
    • Have the documents signed by an authorized signatory of the Sender.
    • Downloadable Template - KYC Letter.docx

How to Submit It

  1. Draft the Letter of Intent on your company letterhead and have it signed.

  2. Upload the signed letter in your AVOXI online account. See our informative guide for help.

  3. Our number team will review it. Your account status updates automatically once we finish.

  4. You will usually hear from us within 24 hours. For urgent help, call +1 (770) 937-9735.

Note: Your number will not work until we receive your documents and register them with the local provider.
