This confirms your business has a presence in the same city as the number.

What You Need to Provide

• Document must clearly show the name of the business.
• Document must be less than three months old for general applications.
• Document must be one of the following types: 
  • Utility Bill, Lease Agreement, or Bank Statement.
• Document must be dated within the last 60 days if submitted for a United Arab Emirates local number order
• Document must be registered with the address associated with the phone number.
• Document must be uploaded directly within the AVOXI platform in the number field.
