New Number Service Coverage
Our provisioning team has added the below number coverage to the AVOXI online shopping cart:
- Vietnam TL - New carrier and pricing in the cart
- New Zealand TL - New carrier and pricing in the cart
- South Korea TL - New carrier and pricing in the cart
New Number Testing Support Portal
As a user, when I click on the support case icon on the numbers page for a failed test, it will now show me a link to the Support Portal page.
Product Adjustments and Fixes
- Webphone: Updated webphone behavior to fix Agent status connectivity and prevent Agents from receiving calls while in a "paused status."
- Agent Status: Fix issues where an Agent was "Available" but not receiving calls.
