Why was my status changed to OFFLINE in Genius?

Genius does not allow for multiple tabs to be open at the same time. 

  • Once you open a second tab for your Genius login, your status will be automatically changed to "Offline"
  • To resolve this, close any additional tabs and keep only one tab open. 
  • On that tab, log out and then login back in. Your status will be set to "Available" by default.
