When setting up a Call Forwarding on a number in Genius to route calls to an external number, external carriers come into play.
Example: Let’s say you are forwarding your Genius number to a cell phone. One of your customers calls your Genius number. If that cell phone is off or the cell phone user declines the call, the call will reach the cell phone’s voicemail. |
