In Mexico, the In-country Authority requires the number to be registered with a Power of Attorney. Please be sure that the Power of Attorney you supply AVOXI matches the Company name of the order you just placed.
Power of Attorney is a legal (notarized) document that gives someone the authority to make decisions on behalf of the business.

Important note when porting a number: The porting form (Mexico) must be signed by the individual who has the power of attorney. Therefore, kindly ensure that the porting form is signed by the person listed as the authorized representative (has/was given power of attorney) in the Power of Attorney (Mexico). Additionally, please provide a copy of the government-issued ID (Legal Representative Passport or ID) for that same individual. Kindly make sure the signature matches the one in the ID.
If you would like to change the information your number is registered upload this directly within your new AVOXI platform at the number field. Once these are received and reviewed by our number team, the in-application status will automatically update, learn more here!
