Why This Is Required
Vietnam's supplier requires this letter, dated within the last 60 days, before your number can be activated.
What You Need to Provide

The completed Vietnam LOI form, on your company letterhead, including:
- Company name
- Authorized Contact details
- The Use Case for the number - What will this number be used for?
- Title and name of authorized signatory, e.g., CEO, CFO
- Website URL
- Signature of authorized signatory
- Company stamp, if available
How to Submit It
