What You Need to Provide - Mandatory

• A half-body, front-facing photo of the legal representative holding the signed application form
• Selfies are not permitted.
• If the legal representative is unavailable, a proxy — such as your local authorized contact person, whose ID you are also providing — may assist with the photo under the same guidelines and sign in the designated section of the application.
