A copy of your company’s official registration in Greece is required before AVOXI can activate your number. The in-country regulator has made this documentation mandatory for every Greek number order.
Why This Is Required
When ordering a Greek number, the in-country authority requires the number to be registered under a company’s official registration. The regulator in Greece has made it mandatory for us to require a local or in-country copy of your company registration from Greece.
What You Need to Provide
- Latest Greece in-country company business registration documents (must include/mention the legal representative on file and the local address)
- A complete copy, including all pages — especially the pages showing the address in Athens (or the city you are ordering for) and the legal representative
- The company registration copy must match the company name on the order and list the address in Athens (or the city you are ordering for) and the legal representative; partial documents that do not include the legal representative will be rejected
- If the legal representative is not listed in the company registration, a recent copy of the Certificate of Representation from the Greek GEMI portal, showing that the person whose ID you are providing is a legal representative of the company
