What You Need to Provide
- A notarized Power of Attorney document
- Document must be a Power of Attorney.
- Document must be notarized.
- The company name on the Power of Attorney must match the company name on the order.
- Document must grant authority to an individual to make decisions on behalf of the business.
- Document must show the contact signing the Letter of Authorization (LOA) is the legal representative of the account
