To port a Germany toll-free number, AVOXI needs the Allocation Form/Letter that was received when the number was originally ordered from BNetzA (BNA).

Why This Is Required

German toll-free numbers are allocated directly by the national regulator (BNetzA) to individuals and businesses upon application.

What You Need to Provide

• The Allocation Form/Letter from BNetzA (BNA), with your company name listed as the primary owner — request this from your current supplier, who purchased and obtained the number from BNA
• If your current supplier can't provide it: apply directly to BNetzA using this guide to have the number allocated under your name — once approved, you'll receive a letter AVOXI can use to activate the number

• Contact your current supplier for the Allocation Form, or apply directly to BNetzA if they can't provide it.
• Upload it in your AVOXI online account at the number's field. See our informative guide for help.
