To successfully apply for and activate a virtual number, applicants must fulfill the following mandatory requirements:
- Document Required: Completed Use Case Declaration Form (電信門號使用切結書).
- Language Requirement: Must be completed in Chinese (foreign names may remain in their original language).
- Required Company Seals (Stamps): Must include both the Taiwanese company seal and the Legal representative's seal.
- Business Details Needed:
- Applied Numbers: Complete list of all requested numbers.
- Business Type & Call Content: Specific, detailed description of the customer's actual business activities and call purpose (e.g., must state "Promoting ABC English online courses" instead of generic terms like "Making promotional calls").
