To get a new German number from AVOXI, you need to provide a signed Letter of Intent on your company letterhead.
Why This Is Required
The German regulator requires this letter. It confirms who your company is, what service the number will be used for, and how customers will find the number.
What You Need to Provide
- A Letter of Intent on your company's official letterhead. You can use the Germany Letter of Intent Template.
- Your company name.
- The full contact details of your authorized contact.
- A description of the service you will use the number for.
- The full name and job title of the person signing (for example, CEO or CFO).
- The signature of that person. They must be authorized to sign for your company.
- Your company's official stamp, if you have one.
- The type of service you will provide with the German number (for example, customer service or conferencing). The German regulator requires this answer.
- How customers will learn about the number (for example, on a website or on a billboard). The German regulator requires this answer.
- Whether you will publish the number on any websites. If yes, list each website and its operator.

- If you do not yet have an AVOXI number, you can remove that field.
- Ensure the documents are signed by an authorized signatory.
