Hey Team AVOXI,
Ready to take your Google Docs game to the next level? Create custom shortcuts to save time and boost your productivity. It's super simple and a great way to personalize your workflow.
Here’s how to create your own shortcuts in Google Docs:
- Open Google Docs on your computer.
- Click on Tools in the top menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Go to the Substitution tab.
You'll find some pre-set shortcuts, like changing 3/4 to ¾. Feel free to add your own!
Creating Custom Shortcuts:
- In the Replace column, type the text you want to use as a shortcut.
- In the With column, type what you want it to be replaced with.
- Click OK to save your new shortcut.
Bonus Tip:
Get creative with your shortcuts! You can use them for common phrases, symbols, or anything you frequently type. This little tweak can make your work faster and a lot more fun.
Happy shortcutting,
The AVOXI IT Team
