To activate a TrueLocal number with Emergency Services, AVOXI's supplier requires the details of each agent using the number.
Why This Is Required
Chile's emergency services network requires agent-level details on file so responders can correctly identify the caller and location when a TrueLocal number is used.
What You Need to Provide
- Completed End User EMS Template with agent details
- Familiarity with the supported dial codes:

- You are responsible for keeping end-user details up to date. To update them later, submit a case to support@avoxi.com with the number and the new details — the phone number only needs to be provided at that point, for updates, not as part of the initial form submission.
How to Submit It
- Download the End User EMS Template and complete it with each agent's details.
- Log in to the AVOXI Genius platform and go to the relevant number's profile page.
- Upload the completed form directly within the platform — learn more here.
