AVOXI Deployment Summary: This week, we added a new Team Activity permission and continued to onboard beta users to our new and exciting AVOXI Alerts.
New Limited Team Activity Permissions
Roles can now be given the Limited Team Activity permission. This permission will allow Agents to see the Team Activity tab (in addition to the “My Activity” tab) and let them know the Team calls they have taken. This will limit Agents to only seeing their calls on the Team Activity page.
Beta AVOXI Alerts
This valuable feature is currently available to Beta customers, designed to help customers be proactive about their numbers' status and performance, such as:
- Create alerts on the metrics that matter most.
- Notify the appropriate parties to investigate potential performance issues.
- Monitor alert trends over time.
