New Custom Webphone Pause Status
Our new Webphone Pause Status functionality is now available to all customers. The new highly requested functionality allows customers to add their custom webphone statuses so that Agents can choose a pause status that better reflects their organization. You can use our informative configuration guide to learn more if you like.
