AVOXI Deployment Summary:  As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart.  In addition, we released our new Creatio Integration and enhancements to our Live Dashboards and Active Status when agents have multiple tabs open.

New Creatio Integration 

Creatio Integration will now be visible within our integrations marketplace.

Enhancements to Live Dashboard

We reset the refresh time of the Live Dashboards back to every 5 seconds.

Enhancements to Multiple Tabs & Active Status

With this release, an agent with multiple tabs with an AVOXI account open, and an Active status, can now close tabs without their status changing to Offline.  This will ensure they will still receive calls.

Enhancements to Number Forwarding Tooltip

We have added a tooltip to the Forwarding Rules page and the Bulk Forwarding Rules ('When forwarding to SIP, be sure to update the appropriate IP addresses in your communication platform').
