AVOXI Release Notes - November 30, 2022

AVOXI Deployment Summary:  As part of our global coverage expansion, we continuously add new numbers, inventory, and locations to our online shopping cart.  In addition, we released Number Configurations, Deny List, and Company Details Page enhancements.

 

Enhancements to our Number Configuration Page

We released the redesign of the number configuration page.  

 

Enhancement Company Details Page

We updated the "customers details page" to now include the "State" within the address fields.

 

Enhancement Deny List

We updated our Deny List to exclude destinations for specific existing customers to ensure legitimate calls are not blocked.  In addition, we added Austria to the deny List for all new customers. 

 

NEW Service Coverage 

Our carrier and provisioning team has also added the below number coverage to the AVOXI online shopping cart:

Fixes & Adjustments 

  • Uk TrueLocal SIP Trunk:  Fix for an issue where outbound calls did not follow the UK TrueLocal trunk
  • Stuck Status on Webphone:  A fix for multiple instances when the Webphone status stayed set to "On a Call" even after the call was completed, causing incoming calls to drop.
