New 3-Way Conference Calling

AVOXI's 3-Way conference calling gives Genius license holders the ability to instantly add other agents or external phone numbers to an existing inbound or outbound call via their webphone. Learn more about this new feature here.

Configure and Manage your Teams

Navigate to the "Teams" page to create a team, manage and quickly update settings based on your business requirements.  The main "Teams" page gives a quick summy of all teams configured, the number of team members, ring strategy, and a timeout value.

We released the groundwork for providing custom settings per integration type.  This will help us build out our integrations to be more powerful in automating business workflows.
