AVOXI Deployment Summary:  This week we released webphone enhancements and fixes for two minor issues. 

Login Page Enhancements 

We changed the login default landing page for all users back to “My Activity”.  

Webphone Enhancements

We now have a new audio indicator that is displayed when a call is ringing and while on a call. This shows an agent's microphone audio, so it displays the same information the Settings tab shows when selecting their input device. The agent can use this to make sure their microphone is working while on a call. Note: When clicking mute in the webphone this does not affect the indicator, it will still listen to the microphone input.

TrueLocal 40in40 Cart Banner

As part of our TrueLocal 40in40 promotion, we added a new cart banner to our online cart announcing our number expansion and a detailed list of new available countries. 

Product Adjustments/Fixes 

• SIP Forwarding 404 Fix: This release includes an update to the SIP messaging for calls forwarded from AVOXI via a SIP URI: the "To" header now includes the request URI as the domain. This follows the latest SIP RFC. 

• Security Scan Issue: The security of our customers and their data is one of our top priorities. We perform periodic security scans on both our network and application stacks. This release includes several enhancements that make the AVOXI application more secure against attacks on intercepting passwords, keypresses, etc.
