Enhancements to Teams Reports
Enhancement Deny List
We have included a detailed list of countries within our automatic Deny List. Blocked destinations are created based on the source number or dial prefix. The source number will block all calls to the number. Dial prefix will block all calls to any number starting with the prefix. You can find more information here.
Fixes & Adjustments
- Service Level 1%: A fix for an issue where a few customers' Service Levels incorrectly show 1%
