AVOXI Deployment Summary:  This week we released enhancements to call recording sharing and adjustments to the .csv file formatting on scheduled reports,

Enhancements

• Call Recording Sharing: The maximum call recording size that can be shared as an email attachment using the call share feature is approximately an 8-minute long recording.  Call recordings shared that are longer than this will be emailed with the call details and a link to open the recording in the AVOXI application. Adjustments

• Scheduled Report .csv: Fixed issue where the Scheduled Report CSV file formatting was not quite right when the Company name had a comma in it.
