AVOXI Deployment Summary:  This week we launched automation via new Integrations and made adjustments to dispositions and report sharing functionality. 

What's New

NEW Automation via New Integrations

• Kick start 2021 with 12+ integrations that help connect calls to your business tools like CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, Hubspot), chat tools like Intercom, and more. Learn more here. 

Adjustments

Dispositions

• Fixed an issue where required dispositions were not showing up for some calls within the Activity pages.

Call Recording Sharing

• Added more information like call disposition to the email for call recording sharing.

Sharing reports

• Reports can now easily be shared with users with your AVOXI instance as well as with email addresses. This release adds a few notes to the end of the CSV file when sharing reports: 
  • Shared by,
  • Date range,
  • Filter summary.
