AVOXI Deployment Summary:  This week we launched External Storage and made enhancements to our Bulk User Import Tool.

External Storage

AVOXI Contact and Enterprise license holders now have the ability to automatically transfer call recordings to an Amazon S3 account or SFTP server.  The popular call recording storage solution offers many benefits such as enhanced security, ease-of-use, and provides customers who require HIPPA compliance or Canada and EU-based business an alternative secure way to store sensitive call recording data.  Learn more!

Adjustments

Bulk User Import Tool

The CSV User Import tool did not take into account Team extensions when checking for them. This has been fixed so that the tool looks at the user and team extensions to make sure every extension is unique in an account.

Bulk Actions for Users

Bulk actions is a valuable time-saving functionality that gives Admins the ability to carry out bulk edits and updates. Effortless assign or unassing licenses, modify roles, update passwords, and delete old users with a few simple clicks.
