In order to get the best experience with Live Dashboard, be sure to navigate to chrome://settings and have Font Size set to Medium and Zoom set to 100%.
Setting up Live Call Monitoring: You can navigate to Live Call Monitoring via the Live link on the left sidebar: Once you arrive at the Live Call Monitoring page, you will need to choose at least one Team to view call activity.
The Live Team Summary dashboard is available to all Contact and Enterprise Genius License holders.
As a Genius Admin with an assigned License, the Answer Call functionality allows you to answer a call that is currently waiting in the Live Teams dashboard, regardless of whether you as an Admin are part of that Team.
