Live Call Monitoring is available to both Contact and Enterprise license holders and provides Administrators and Supervisors the ability to monitor their organization's Agents and Calls in near real-time.
The Live Team Summary dashboard is available to all Contact and Enterprise Genius License holders.
As a Genius Admin with an assigned License, the Answer Call functionality allows you to answer a call that is currently waiting in the Live Teams dashboard, regardless of whether you as an Admin are part of that Team.
