Singapore CLI Displaying +65 on Local Calls

The Singapore Telecoms Regulator (IMDA) has directed all operators to add the “+” sign as a prefix to all calls originating from outside of Singapore.

65-3xxx numbers are usually subscribed by non-SG entities, so for local outbound calls our supplier adds "+65" in the front. However, if the subscriber of the 65-3xxx numbers is a Singapore entity, then our supplier can remove the "+65".

This does not affect 65-6xxx numbers as level 6 numbers are subscribed by local entities only.
