A Letter of Intent (LOI), also known as a Letter of Authority, describes why your company is acquiring a UAE local number and its intended use.

Why This Is Required

Your LOI must include your company website and be signed by the same person whose UAE local ID or passport you are providing — see Passport and ID (UAE Local) for more detail.

What You Need to Provide

• The completed UAE two way voice LOI.docx, on your company letterhead, including: 
  • Document must be on company letterhead.
  • Document must include the company name.
  • Document must include the authorized contact details.
  • Document must include the company registration number.
  • Document must include the company VAT or Tax ID.
  • Document must include a service description for the number detailing why the company is acquiring the UAE local number and its intended use.
  • Document must include the title and name of the authorized signatory (e.g., CEO, CFO).
  • Document must include the signature of the authorized signatory.
  • The signatory must be the same person whose UAE local ID or passport is provided for verification.
  • Document must include the company website URL.
  • Document must include the company stamp.
  • Document must include an outbound script.
• All highlighted template fields must be completely replaced with specific company information.
• Template text that is not highlighted must not be modified.
• Document must include the AVOXI number unless it has not yet been assigned.
