A Letter of Intent (LOI), also known as a Letter of Authority, describes why your company is acquiring a UAE local number and its intended use.
Why This Is Required
Your LOI must include your company website and be signed by the same person whose UAE local ID or passport you are providing — see Passport and ID (UAE Local) for more detail.
What You Need to Provide

The completed UAE two way voice LOI.docx, on your company letterhead, including:
- Company name
- Authorized Contact details
- Company Registration number
- Company VAT or Tax ID
- The service description for the number
- Title and name of authorized signatory, e.g., CEO, CFO
- Signature of authorized signatory - More details: Passport and ID (UAE Local)
- Website URL
- Company stamp
- Outbound Script
