The In-country Authority requires that a secondary form of identification be provided to be register the number.  This can be in the form of a passport, legal ID, driver's license or health insurance card.  This cannot be a duplicate of the primary passport/ID provided under the other required document.

This ID must match the name that is on the Taiwan company registration - Keep in mind that this will be verified by the supplier.
