The Letter of Intent (LOI), also called a Letter of Authority, explains why your company is acquiring a Saudi Arabia mobile number and how it will be used.
Why This Is Required
Saudi Arabia's carrier requires documentation of the number's intended business use, company registration, and tax details before a mobile number can be activated.
What You Need to Provide
Prepare the LOI on your company letterhead, filling in:
- Company name
- Authorized contact details
- Company registration number
- Company VAT or Tax ID
- Service description for the number
- Title and name of the authorized signatory (e.g., CEO, CFO)
- Signature of the authorized signatory
- Company stamp
- Outbound script
Format requirements:
- Use the AVOXI-provided Saudi Arabia LOI Template
- Only fill in the fields highlighted in yellow — don't alter other wording
- If you don't yet have your AVOXI number, you may remove that reference
- Must be signed by an authorized signatory of the sending company
How to Submit It
- Download the Saudi Arabia LOI Template and complete it on your company letterhead per the requirements above.
- Have it signed and stamped.
- Log in to the AVOXI platform and go to the relevant number's profile page.
