To activate phone numbers in Nigeria and other compliant regions, an official Authorization Letter must be submitted to satisfy local regulatory and carrier Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements.
Why This Is Required
Local regulators and carriers require an official, documented Authorization Letter (Nigeria) explaining why your company is acquiring an AVOXI number and detailing its intended business use prior to number activation. Acceptable formats: PDF, JPG or PNG.
Note: Authorized signatories for company documents must hold C-level or director status.
What You Need to Provide
- Download and complete the AVOXI-provided Authorization Letter Template
- Only fill in or replace empty fields — do not alter any other non-highlighted or marked wording.
- Acceptable formats: PDF, JPG or PNG.
NOTE Unassigned Numbers: If you do not yet have your assigned AVOXI number, you may remove that reference from the template.
