Document Required - TAX ID

In order to purchase or activate virtual phone numbers in select global jurisdictions, local telecommunications regulatory authorities require customers to submit an official company TAX ID (or locally equivalent tax registration document, such as a Tax Identification Number, VAT Number, CPF/CNPJ, NIT, or Tax Certificate).

This setup ensures full regulatory compliance and prevents service disruption across global carrier networks.

Documents Needed to Upload

Depending on your company’s registration country and the specific jurisdiction selected, you will need to upload one of the following official tax documents:

  • Official Tax Identification Certificate / Tax Registration Certificate
  • Company VAT Registration Certificate (e.g., Italy VAT, Ireland Revenue VAT)
  • Local In-Country Tax Board Certificate / Document (e.g., Turkish Tax Certificate, UAE Tax Registration)
  • National Tax ID / Registration Number Document (e.g., CPF / CNPJ for Brazil, NIT for Guatemala)

Steps to Submit Document

  1. Log into your AVOXI Platform.
  2. Navigate to your ordered phone number profile page.
  3. Locate the Document Requirements tab for your active order.
  4. Upload a clear, legible copy (PDF or image file) of your official tax identification certificate or tax document.
  5. Our number verification team will review your submission and update your application status.
