When ordering a South Korea TrueLocal number, please have a legal representative complete the attached application form.
The form must be filled out in Korean, and have a company stamp. In our example below, please fill in the areas that are highlighted in yellow. This information should match the Company Registration provided.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Kindly note the following important requirement: The form must bear the Korean Corporate Seal (stamped) and be signed by the same legal representative who provided the passport/ID. This is mandatory. Failure to include the Korean Corporate Seal (Stamp) and the proper signature will result in the rejection of the form.
